Injured in militant attack Bomai man Succumbs

Sopore, June 06 (KINS): A man who was shot at by unknown gunmen on Saturday evening at Bomai area of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district succumbed to his injuries.


Reports reaching news agency KINS said the suspected militants barged into the house of Danish Manzoor Najar son of Manzoor Ahmad Najar of Edipora Bomai and fired upon him.


Najar suffered serious bullet wounds and was rushed to Sub District Hospital Sopore wherefrom he was referred in a serious condition to Srinagar medical institute.
However on way to Srinagar he succumbed to his injuries reports added.


Soon after the incident a team of police rushed to the area and launched searches to nab the attackers’ reports added.

Block Medical Officer Sopore Dr Asif Khandey also confirmed this death to KINS.


SSP Sopore Javeed Iqbal when contacted told news agency KINS Police is verifying the incident.(KINS)
