8 More Die of COVID, J&K toll touches 454

Srinagar, Aug 07(KINS): Eight more persons on Friday died of COVID-19 in the union territory of Jammu and Kashmir.


An official told Kashmir Indepth News Agency (KINS) that eight more persons became victim of this deadly virus on Friday in Jammu and Kashmir.


He said among a 60-year-old woman from Sopore Baramulla, a 55-year-old man from Chersoo Awantipora, a 65-year-old woman from Sarnal Anantnag, a 32-year-old man from Hawal Srinagar, a 46-year-old man from Kokernag Anantnag, a 60-year-old man from HMT Srinagar, a 65-year-old woman from Dalgate Srinagar and a 65-year-old man from Hawal Srinagar.


With eight more deaths, the death toll in J&K has reached to 454 including 420 from Kashmir division and 34 from Jammu division.(KINS)
