Police arrests 03 persons for pasting posters and displaying banners of militants in Awantipora

Awantipora,Sep 12(KINS): Awantipora Police along with 50 RR arrested 03 persons for glorifying militancy by pasting posters and displaying banners of terrorists in Pampore town.


In a statement issued to KINS Police said, we have arrested three persons for glorifying militancy by pasting posters and displaying banners of militants on 06th September 2020 in Pampore town. They have been identified as Nadeem Ahmad Dar resident of Dranbal Pampore, Irshad Ahmad Sofi   resident of Tulbagh Pampore and Shakir Ahmad Dar resident of Jalalabad Sopore Baramulla.


Incriminating material including 02 Computer systems with accessories and 01 printer have been seized from a printing press namely Rampage Advertising Agency Rengreth Srinagar by the officers.


Case FIR No.75/2020 under relevant sections of law stands registered in Police Station Pampore regarding the matter. Further investigation is going on.(KINS)
