Doda Admin braces up for hosting maiden Mega Musical Fest “YUVA” on March 20


DDC discussed preparedness with event management team
Srinagar, Mar 15 (KINS): District Administration Doda, under the overall supervision of Deputy Commissioner, Dr Sagar D Doifode, is bracing up to host the first “Mega Musical Fest -YUVA 2021 on March 20, 2021.
In this regard, the DC chaired a meeting of the event management team, comprising officers/officials of concerned organisations and held threadbare discussions with regard to the preparedness for the successful conduct of the first musical event.   The meeting discussed seating arrangements, establishment of the stage, identification of band troupe/performers from outside as well as from the district, decoration of the venue, list of invitees, installation of modern sound system, LED screen etc.
The DDC directed the concerned to place all the necessary arrangements at the venue well before the commencement of the fest and decorate the venue as per the requirement of the musical event.
Regarding band troupes, the DDC directed the concerned to identify and call the professional band troupes from Jammu or from other places, besides provide the opportunity to the local artists from Doda and Bhaderwah to showcase their talent .
The DDC informed that the program shall start by 3 PM onwards and asked to formulate the sequence of program to avoid mess up.
The DDC directed to finalize the list  performances and artists within two days positively.
Among others present in the meeting were ADC Doda Kishori Lal Sharma; Jt Director School education Roshan Lal; SDM Thathri Athar Amin Zargar; DSWO, Doda, Zubair Ahmed Lone; Administrative officer GMC Doda Joni Kumar; DIO Doda, Mohammad Ashraf Wani; besides other concerned also attended the meeting.(KINS)
