Srinagar, Sep 1 (KINS ) Jammu and Kashmir Union Territory (UT) Lt Governor Manoj Sinha said on Wednesday that colleges and universities will reopen after vaccinating students.

We are considering to reopen all colleges and universities once students above the age of 18 years are vaccinated, Mr Sinha told reporters on the sideline of a function at S K International Convention Centre (SKICC) on the bank of famed Dal Lake.
