DDMA Srinagar launches online facility for Ex- gratia Assistance to NoKs of Covid-19 victims

SRINAGAR, DECEMBER 08 ( KINS):- In pursuance to the Government order vide No 83-3K (DMRRR) of 2021 dated 29 November, 2021, regarding the sanction to the adoption of the scheme for granting ex-gratia Assistance under SDRF, the District Administration Srinagar on the directions of Chairman District Disaster Management Authority(DDMA), Mohammad Aijaz Asad has launched online facility for Next of kins of Covid-19 victims for which an official link www.srinagar.nic.in – ex-gratia Assistance claim (death due to Covid-19) has been created.

According to the notification issued by DDMA here today, now, the NOK’s of the Covid-19 victims who have not submitted the required documents, so far are asked to submit the same on the above created link immediately for speedy disposal of the cases.

The documents to be submitted include Death Certificate (due to Covid-19), Aadhar linked Account No. with IFSC code of the claimant, Copy of Aadhar card of the claimant, Address proof of the claimant and Legal Heirship certificate or adoption deed issued by competent Authority) for establishing kinship with the Covid-19 deceased.( KINS)
