Srinagar, May 14: Prime Minister Narendra Modi took to social media to commend the citizens of the Srinagar Parliamentary constituency for their impressive voter turnout in the Lok Sabha elections.
“Would especially like to applaud the people of Srinagar Parliamentary constituency for the encouraging turnout, significantly better than before,” PM Modi wrote.
He attributed this positive change to the abrogation of Article 370, which he believes has allowed the region’s potential and aspirations to flourish. Emphasizing the grassroots-level impact, Modi highlighted the benefits for the people of Jammu and Kashmir, particularly its youth.
