Police Attach Properties of Two Terror Handlers in Baramulla

Srinagar May 28: Police in Baramulla have attached properties, including 3 kanals and 19 marlas of land worth lakhs, “belonging to two terror handlers based in Pakistan”.
The individuals are identified as Jalal Din, son of Raj Mohd, resident of Zamboor Pattan, and Mohd Saki, son of Mastana Bhatti, resident of Kamalkote Uri. This action was carried out after obtaining an attachment order from the Hon’ble Sub Judge of Uri.
The operation was conducted under Section 83 of the CRPC and is linked to case FIR No. 34/1995 under Section 7/25 of the Indian Arms Act, Section 4(III) of the TADA Act, and FIR No. 105/1996 under Section 2/3 of the EIMCO Act of PS Uri.
The properties were identified as belonging to the terror handlers during the course of the investigation/enquiry conducted by the police. This operation reaffirms the commitment of the police to combat terror activities.
