Police Facilitate Community Partnership Meeting in Kulgam

January 22 (KINS): As part of its ongoing efforts to address public grievances and improve police-community relations, the police in Kulgam facilitated a Police Community Partnership Group (PCPG) meeting at Banimullah Devsar, Kulgam.
The meeting, chaired by SSP Kulgam Sahil Sarangal-IPS, was attended by ASP NHW Qazigund Kulgam, SDPO Qazigund, SHO Police Station Devsar, and prominent residents of Banimullah, Chandergee, Gujjar Basti Banimullah, Malwan, Khaloora, Shogund, and nearby areas.
SSP Kulgam assured community members that the police are taking all possible steps to deter crime and improve public safety. He urged the public to collaborate with the police in identifying and preventing potential crime hotspots. Regular meetings will be held to establish feedback mechanisms to address public concerns. Community members expressed their grievances and shared constructive feedback during the session.
Participants appreciated the police’s efforts in organizing community interaction meetings, enabling open dialogue to tackle social issues effectively. They assured their full cooperation in addressing social evils.(KINS)
