Srinagar, Jan 30 (KINS): The Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) organized a “Tiranga Rally” in Srinagar on Thursday, marking the conclusion of their Republic Day celebrations.
The rally began at the Tourist Reception Centre (TRC) and proceeded through the busy Residency Road and Regal Chowk, finally concluding peacefully at the historic Lal Chowk. A large number of ABVP activists, including many women, participated, carrying a long tricolor flag as they marched through the heart of Srinagar.
“The purpose of the Tiranga rally is to convey that the youth of Kashmir are Indian and will always remain Indian,” said one participant.
A woman participant added, “This rally is our way of expressing love for the nation and showing our unity.”(KINS)
