CM Omar Abdullah participates in Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon

Srinagar, Oct 12 (KINS): Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah participated in the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon today, achieving his personal best finishing time.

Sharing his experience on social media as per news agency KINS, Omar Abdullah expressed satisfaction over his performance, calling the marathon an energizing and motivating event.

The Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon witnessed participation from thousands of runners, fitness enthusiasts, and professionals from across the country, promoting the spirit of health, endurance, and unity.

Omar Abdullah, known for his keen interest in fitness and outdoor activities, has been regularly seen participating in similar events, reflecting his commitment to maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

The 20th edition of the marathon was flagged off by Union Minister of Youth Affairs and Sports, Dr Mansukh Mandaviya. The event also saw the presence of Delhi’s Lieutenant Governor Vinai Kumar Saxena, Chief of Defence Staff General Anil Chauhan, and Navy Chief Admiral Dinesh K Tripathi. (KINS)
