Snow Clearance on Mughal Road in full swing

Snow Clearance on Mughal Road in full swing
SHOPIAN, JANUARY 29: The Border Roads Organisation (BRO) has commenced intensive snow clearance operations on the historic Mughal Road, starting from Heerpora towards Pir Ki Gali, with the objective of restoring vehicular connectivity at the earliest.
Heavy snowfall in the higher reaches had led to the temporary closure of the road. BRO teams, equipped with heavy snow-cutting machinery and experienced manpower, are working relentlessly despite harsh challenges to clear accumulated snow and ensure safe passage.
The road had been cleared upto Heerpora already. In view of the good weather conditions along the route since yesterday, snow clearance from Heerpora uphill towards Pir Ki Gali has commenced and has been cleared upto Dubjan Bridge.
