Ashish Kumar Mishra appointed SSB commandant on deputation

Jammu, Apr 22 (KINS): The Ministry of Home Affairs has appointed Ashish Kumar Mishra, a 2013-batch IPS officer from the AGMUT cadre, as Commandant (General Duty) in the Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) on deputation.
According to an official memorandum, the competent authority has cleared his appointment under standard deputation terms and directed that he be relieved from his current post without delay to assume his new responsibilities.
Mishra has earlier held key assignments in Jammu and Kashmir, including serving as Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) in Srinagar.(KINS)
