District Srinagar Chess championship 2026-27 to be held on August 15

Srinagar, Aug 10 (KINS): The District Srinagar Chess Association is set to organise the District Srinagar Chess Championship 2026-27 for boys and girls at Gindun Stadium, Rajbagh, Srinagar, on August 15.
The championship is being organised in collaboration with the All J&K Chess Association under the aegis of the J&K Sports Council.
The organisers have invited enthusiastic chess players from across Jammu and Kashmir to participate in the prestigious event.
The last date for registration is August 12, 2026, up to 6 pm. The association said that no entries will be accepted under any circumstances after the deadline.
