Srinagar, August 14 (KINS): Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha congratulated officers and personnel of the Jammu and Kashmir Police who have been awarded the Medal for Gallantry, President’s Medal for Distinguished Service and Medal for Meritorious Service on the occasion of Independence Day 2026.
The LG praised their courage, unwavering devotion to duty and exemplary commitment to public service. He also congratulated Home Guards and Civil Defence personnel on being honoured with the Medal for Meritorious Service.
