Srinagar, Feb 28: In a proactive move to address concerns and grievances related to e-challans, a dedicated “Grievance Redressal Cell” has been established under the supervision of Ravinder Pal Singh, Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Traffic Rural Kashmir.
Operating six days a week, the cell aims to provide prompt solutions to motorists and drivers facing issues with e-challans issued within the jurisdiction of Traffic Rural Kashmir.
Located at the Traffic Police Office Rural Kashmir, within the old PCR building at PCR complex Batamaloo Srinagar, the Grievance Redressal Cell invites individuals to submit their grievances either via email or by visiting the office in person during specified hours.
According to Ravinder Pal Singh, motorists or drivers encountering problems or disputes regarding e-challans can reach out to the cell via the provided email address or visit the Traffic Police Office Rural Kashmir between 14:00 hours to 16:00 hours, every Monday to Saturday. This initiative aims to streamline the process of addressing concerns related to e-challans and ensure timely redressal for affected individuals.
The establishment of the Grievance Redressal Cell reflects the commitment of the Traffic Rural Kashmir authorities to enhance transparency and efficiency in managing e-challaning grievances.
With Ravinder Pal Singh overseeing its operations, the cell is poised to play a pivotal role in resolving issues promptly and maintaining the integrity of traffic enforcement procedures within the region.
