MP Khatana condemns terrorist attacks in Kmr, ‘Calls for surgical strike like response’

KINS DESK
Srinagar, Oct 25 (KINS): Outraged by the recent militant attacks in Kashmir, which claimed the lives of 10 civilians and two soldiers, senior BJP leader and Rajya Sabha MP Er. Gulam Ali Khatana has called for decisive action, suggesting a targeted surgical like strike on ‘terrorist camps and launching pads’.
Khatana in a statement issued to news agency KINS, emphasized the readiness of the Indian armed forces to respond, stating that such attacks would not go unanswered.
“In the past week alone, four terrorist incidents have shattered the peace in Kashmir, taking the lives of unarmed civilians, frontline workers, and soldiers. Paying homage to the Indian Army personnel and porters killed in a recent attack in Gulmarg, Khatana condemned the brutal acts and stressed that these would only strengthen India’s resolve to eliminate terrorism”.
“Our government and security forces are more than capable of eradicating terrorism from our soil. No stone is being left unturned,” Khatana said.
He recalled India’s history of firm retaliation against terror, affirming that those responsible for the recent attacks would meet a similar fate. “Thousands have come and been eliminated by our forces; those involved in recent attacks will face the same outcome,” he added, pledging India’s commitment to peace and security in Kashmir.(KINS)
