Srinagar, Oct 27 (KINS): Authorities were alerted on Sunday after a dead body was discovered floating in the River Jhelum near the cement bridge in Baramulla.
The body was recovered by local residents who promptly notified the police.
The deceased has not yet been identified, and police are working to ascertain the circumstances surrounding the death.
