SENTEF delegation meets Education Minister to discuss issues of non-teaching employees
Srinagar Feb 18 (KINS): A high-level delegation from the School Education Non-Teaching Employees Federation (SENTEF) met with Education Minister Sakina Itoo to discuss pressing issues affecting non-teaching employees.
The delegation, led by Chairman Bashrat Saleem and Provincial President Mohmad Ashraf, General secretary Syed Safvi, Publicity Secretary Rayees Akbar, Kasir Mohmad Khan (Budgam) Anayat ullah Najar (Pulwama) Shah sameer (Srinagar) Sahi Firdous  (Bandipura) sought to address key concerns, including:
Unfreezing of Non-Teaching Posts* A long-standing issue that has impacted non-teaching employees.
– Creation of New Posts*: Aiming to provide more opportunities for non-teaching employees.
– Conduct of Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC) Meetings
Ensuring timely promotions and career growth for non-teaching employees.
Confirmation of Incharge Non-Teaching Employees
Providing stability and security to those in acting positions.
“Minister Sakina Itoo assured the delegation that these matters would be addressed in a time-bound manner, providing a sense of relief and hope for the non-teaching employees. This meeting marks a significant step towards addressing the concerns of non-teaching employees in Jammu and Kashmir,” they said in a statement to news agency KINS.
The delegation expressed heart felt gratitude to Jeelnai Naik State President Ministerial Federation (JKADCSA) ,Gurmeet singh provisional president  and Shamim Ahmad spokesperson of JKADCSA the dedicated team for guiding and unwavering support and commitment to the welfare of non teaching employees his proactive approach and relentless effort have been instrumental in key issues and guiding the cadre on the right direction.
