Srinagar, June 22 (KINS): BJP Jammu and Kashmir president and Rajya Sabha MP Sat Sharma on Monday said the large participation of devotees in the annual Kheer Bhawani Mela reflects the prevailing atmosphere of peace and normalcy in the Kashmir Valley.
