Prime Minister Modi also highlighted plans for a centre of excellence in Leh, proposed satellite campuses of IIT Jammu and IIM Jammu, improved digital connectivity and the promotion of local products and tourism.
He said development in Ladakh would be pursued alongside environmental protection and better opportunities for local communities. (KINS)
