BARAMULLA, MARCH 10: Deputy Commissioner Baramulla, Dr G N Itoo on Saturday conducted a late night visit to District Hospital Baramulla and reviewed the medicare and other necessary facilities being provided to the patients.
During his visit, the DC took stock of various facilities being served to the patients during which he was informed by the concerned hospital authorities about health services being provided in the institution.
Meanwhile, the DC interacted with the patients and the attendants to get the first hand appraisal of the same during which several issues were projected by them with regard to their convenience. The DC assured them that all the requisite issues shall be sorted out on priority.
Moreover, Dr Itoo directed the concerned to provide better and qualitative health care facilities to the patients. He also emphasized on maintaining hygienic surrounding in and outside the hospital besides terming sanitation vital for achieving good health standards.
