Govt cancels leaves of medical staff

Srinagar March 19 (KINS): In the wave of coronavirus scare, the government has canceled leaves of medical staff and directed them no to leave stations without prior permission from the concerned authorities.


Sources told Kashmir Indepth News Service (KINS) that the government has communicated to Director Health Services Kashmir, Jammu, GMC principals, Director SKIMS Soura to cancel leaves of all health staff including medical superintendents, doctors, contract workers at all hospitals. However, the concerned authorities have been told to sanction leaves only in emergency cases.


They have also been told not to leave the stations without prior permission from the concerned authorities. (KINS)
