Forces lay siege over Damhal Anantnag

 

Anantnag: Government forces on Tuesday launched a cordon and search operation in Damhal and Peer Taki areas of Anantnag.

According to reports all the entry and exit points to the area have been sealed.

Search operation was launched by forces in the area,  according to sources,  to sanitize area of any militant presence.

Door to door searches were going on when this report was being filed.
