One way traffic to continue on Highway

Authorities on Saturday said that one-way traffic will continue to ply on the Srinagar-Jammu National Highway, the only road connecting Kashmir valley with the rest of the country.

Officials said that one-way traffic has proved a success and for the past more than two weeks, traffic is plying normally on the highway, which otherwise was witnessing frequent suspension of traffic during this winter.

On Saturday, traffic is plying from Jammu to Srinagar and no vehicle is allowed from opposite direction, a traffic police official added.
