Independence Day arrangements discussed at Bhadarwah

 

BHADERWAH, JULY 27 (KINS):: Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Bhadarwah, Rakesh Kumar today discussed the arrangements for the upcoming celebration of Independence Day 2021, here at Dak Bunglow Bhadarwah.

 

It was decided in the meeting that the chief guest would hoist the National Flag at 8.55 AM and will take salute at the march past parade of contingents drawn from CRPF, JKAP, IRP, NCC senior division, NCC Junior division and Tinny platoons of government/private schools. Besides, a cultural programmes would be presented by the students of various schools.

 

The day will start with playing of Shenai wadan by the Information department Bhadarwah early in the morning. Other arrangements like security, first aid, sanitation, fire and emergency services, seating arrangements, power supply, arrangement of drinking water and issuance of invitation cards were also discussed at the meeting. The  departments were asked to illuminate the office buildings as per the past practice.  It was also decided that full dress rehearsal of the programme will be held on August 13, 2021 at 10.00AM.

 

Among others meeting was attended by Tehsildar, XEN PWD, XEN Irrigation and FC, Principal GDC, Principal boys higher secondary, BDO, BMO, EO MCB, AEE PHE, AEE PDD, ZEO, ZEPO and Representatives of various other departments.

 

It was decided that participants as well as audience has to strictly follow and adhere to the SOPs and latest guidelines issued by the govt to contain the spread of COVID-19 & Delta virus. In this regard huge gathering shall not be allowed at the venue. (KINS):
