JAMMU, AUGUST 10( KINS ): Jammu MKINScipal Corporation (JMC) today sealed three mKINScipal commercial establishments here at Sabzi Mandi, Jammu for the failure of tenants to pay rent. The allottees were served several notices to deposit the rent arrears accumulated against them but despite lapse of stipulated time period they failed to deposit the same.
Further, Jammu MKINScipal Corporation has appealed to all its allottees Commercial/Residential to deposit rent dues alongwith GST to avoid legal action against them which includes sealing of their premises and cancellation of allotment order.
