J&K Bank ties-up with Omkar Nests


JAMMU, JULY 26: J&K bank has entered into a tie-up with M/s Omkar Nests Pvt. Ltd. for its new housing project – Royal Nest Hill View Apartments – in Sainik Colony at Jammu.
Zonal Head Rajesh Dubey signed the agreement on behalf of the Bank while as Vimal Kumar put in his signatures as Director of Omkar Nests Pvt. Ltd. in presence of Bank’s General Manager & Divisional Head (Jammu) Sunit Kumar.
Expressing pleasure on the signing of agreement, Sunit Kumar said that customers of the Bank will be the real beneficiaries of the agreement. “Besides speedy and hassle-free disposal of their loan cases, our customers will majorly benefit from the concessions being extended to them by the Bank and the company under the agreement.”
“More such tie-ups and arrangements are being lined-up in future for the benefit of customers of the bank”, he added.
Speaking on the occasion, Vimal Kumar commended the bank for its support to every section of the society especially the business community by encouraging the entrepreneurship in J&K. “Such projects pave the way for employment generation and at the same time benefiting various other small businesses related to the construction activity”, he said, adding that the company, under the agreement, is offering special discounts to the buyers who get their loans approved by J&K Bank.
