Pulwama Dec 21 (KINS): The Chief Medical Officer (CMO) Pulwama has issued a circular strictly prohibiting government doctors and paramedics from engaging in private practice during official duty hours, from 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

According to news agency KINS, the circular directs that private practice during working hours violates service norms and adversely impacts the quality of healthcare services provided at government facilities.
