Deputy CM leaves for Gulmarg to review situation after Gondola incident

Srinagar, May 25: On the directions of Chief Minister Omar Abdullah, the Deputy Chief Minister on Monday evening left for Gulmarg to assess the on-ground situation following the Gondola incident.
The Deputy CM will review the preparedness of the concerned departments and ensure that all necessary measures are being taken for the safety and convenience of local residents and tourists visiting the famous tourist destination.
Around 300 tourists were stranded mid-air after a technical fault disrupted operations of the famous Gulmarg Gondola on Monday.
