Abid Rasheed in a social media post said, “Thank you, Sir, for encouraging us. Such arrangements have been possible with the guidance of the Office of LG J&K and Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo, Dr. Mandeep Bhandari, and the active support of the Government of India.”
