TRAL, June 01:Thousands of people today participated in the funeral prayers of Jaish-e-Muhammad militant Yawar Ahmad Najar at Dar Ganaie Gund village of sub division Tral in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district.
Eyewitness told a large number of people from different villages of Tral turned up in the funeral prayers of slain militant and raised pro-freedom and anti-Indian slogans.
Yawar was killed along with his associate who was identified as foreigner at Nanar Tral area of Pulwama district on Friday evening.
Local sources told mourners in thousands assembled at Dar Ganaie Gund village early today morning to offer the funeral prayers for the slain militant.
They said several rounds of back to back funerals were held for the slain Jaish militants.
