Srinagar, Dec 31: The Government of Jammu and Kashmir has issued orders for the immediate transfers and postings of four JKAS officers. According to the order available with KINS, Owais Mushtaq, JKAS, formerly Assistant Commissioner, Pulwama, is now appointed as Project Officer, Wage Employment (ACD), Kupwara, filling an existing vacancy.
In the same order, Mohammad Ashraf, JKAS, previously General Manager, DIC, Kishtwar, assumes the role of Sub-divisional Magistrate Marwah, with additional responsibilities for Sub-registrar, Marwah, and General Manager, DIC, Kishtwar.
Nagesh Singh, JKAS, awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department, has been posted as Deputy Election Officer, Kathua, filling another available position. Simultaneously, Hamidullah Mir, JKAS, who served as Tehsildar, Zainapora, is now appointed as Deputy District Election Officer, Kupwara.
Additionally, Salam Din, JKAS, the District Mineral Officer, Udhampur, will also assume the duties of Collector, Land Acquisition (Defence), Udhampur, in addition to his existing responsibilities until further orders.
