Pulwama shuts to mourn militant killing 

Pulwama: Complete strike is being observed in south Kashmir’s Pulwama  district for second consecutive day  against killing of a local militant, Firdous ahmad from maspuna village, who was killed among his five associates in Bijbehara anantnag yesterday.

All shops and business establishments were closed while as public transport was off the roads.

Slain militant, Firdous, was laid rest today at 11:15 am in local graveyard amidst pro-freedom slogans
