Omar Abdullah needs mental rehab: Sajjad Lone

Srinagar, Mar 18 : Peoples Conference Chairman and former minister Sajjad Gani Lone today lambasted at former chief minister Omar Abdullah over his remarks that “New Delhi is dividing votes in Kashmir by promoting few local parties.”

Launching a scathing attack at the National Conference vice president, Lone said Omar Abdullah needs mental treatment.

Do we have to give power to Omar Abdullah after Maharaja Hari Singh. He got killed Kashmiris in 2010. Before that his father got killed and maimed people from 1996 to 2002. Before that his father rigged elections in 1987,” Lone said, while talking to reporters at Handwara.

He said should there be no other party except NC. “Do they have a copyright. Let me tell, Omar Abdullah is not a kid. He is throwing lives of other in danger. New people have come on the political horizon. They are moving with few PSOs. Omar and his father and other family members are guarded by 600 to 700 security guards.”

Lone said Omar and Farooq are cold blooded white collar killers. “The father-son duo are responsible for whatever happened in Kashmir in the last 30 years,” Lone added.

He said what democracy Omar is talking. “They got people killed both by their words and letters. They eroded Article 370.”

Lone said if Shah Faesal had joined National Conference, then for Omar, he was a good person. “Now he has launched his own party, so he becomes Delhi’s agent. Omar should get his mental system treated,” he said. (KNS)
