Srinagar, March 22:Two militants were killed in ongoing operation in Ratnipora area of South Kashmir’s Shopian district on Friday.
A senior Police officer told news agency that two militants have been killed in ongoing operation, however declined to disclose the identity of the militants.
Meanwhile massive protest erupted near encounter site after protesters tried to march closer to the encounter site. The forces retaliated with tear shells to disperse the protesting youth.
Meanwhile Internet has been also suspended in Shopian for precautionary measures.(GNS)
