District Magistrate Pulwama vide No. DMP/PA/19/2048-51 Dated 20-03-2019 has appointed the undersigned as Inquiry Officer for conducting a Magisterial Inquiry into the death of one Rizwan Assad Pandit S/O Assad Ullah Pandith R/O Awantipora, Tehsil Awantipora, District Pulwama allegedly during his custody with police/ Security Forces on 19-03-2019.
Qazi Masood, Inquiry Officer Additional district Magistrate said that any person having knowledge/information of the incident may appear before the undersigned in my office at Administrative Complex Pulwama between 10:00 am to 4:30 pm on all working days for recording statement/deposition within a period of 07 days from the date of publication of this Notice.
This is in addition to those interested parties who may choose to depose before the undersigned on visit to the place of occurrence.
