Girl killed in Bandipora cloudburst

Bandipora, Jun 17 : A 18-year-old girl was killed when cloudburst struck her in north Kashmir’s Bandipora village this evening.
Reports reaching Kashmir Indepth said that a 18 year old girl died after cloudburst struck her outside her home in Najan Sumbal in Bandipora district on Monday evening.

A police officer also confirmed the incident to Kashmir Indepth and identified deceased as Fatima Bano daughter of Mohammad Sakinder Malla resident of Najan Sumbal.

Pertainally, a man identified as Mohammed Yousuf Mir son of Aziz Mir resident of Bakura, Ganderbal was struck by lightening when he was working in his field and died on spot.
