Shopian, Apr 17 : Encounter starts between government forces and militants in Dairoo Keegam area of shopian on Friday morning.
An official told news agency— cordon and search Operation was launched in the area by joint team of forces.
As forces zeroed towards suspected spot, hiding militants fired upon forces which was retialated, trigerring an encounter, he said
