Jammu, June 12(KINS): The state government today announced summer vacations for all educational institutions of Jammu, including recognized private schools, up to higher secondary level from June 15 June to 15th July 2020.
In an order copy which lies with news agency KINS reads, All Government Educational Institutions/Private recognized Schools up to Higher Secondary level failing in fully summer zone of Jammu Division shall observe summer vacation from 15. June to 15 July 2020 and those falling under winter zone areas of Jammu Divison w.e.o 6th July 2020 to 15th July 2020 with the following conditions.
Online classes of Teachers with students shall be ensured through whatsapp groups/googlemeet etc at least five days in a week.
Weekly program/assessments shall he conducted throughout the vacation period besides engaging children in cultural activities and for coverage of curriculum /syllabus.
All Teachers shall remain available for any query/doubt to students through voice – calls/texts and WhatsApp messages the order copy reads.(KINS)
