Advisor Bhatnagar meets several delegations, individuals as part of Public outreach

SRINAGAR, AUGUST 18: As part of the strengthening of grievance redressal mechanism, Advisor to Lieutenant Governor, Rajeev Rai Bhatnagar today met several delegations and individuals at Civil Secretariat here who apprised him of their issues and demands besides seeking an early resolution for the same.

A deputation of Employees Union of Road Transport Corporation raised several issues regarding salary, DPC and others before the Advisor. They demanded early release of their pending salaries besides early resolution of their pending matters.

Another deputation of the Diploma Engineers Association demanded career advancement progress as well as pending promotional benefits at the earliest.

A deputation from Mujgund raised the issue of construction of road and drinking water before the Advisor. They sought immediate redressal of these issues and other developmental concerns.

Similarly, a deputation of the Unemployed Veterinary Doctors Association raised several issues before the Advisor. They demanded creation of posts of Dental Surgeons at the earliest.

Another deputation from Ranger, Chadoora raised several developmental issues before the Advisor. They demanded fencing of graveyards besides timely completion of other ongoing works.

Besides these delegations, dozens of individuals from Srinagar, Reasi, Budgam, Pulwama, Anantnag and other areas also met the Advisor and flagged their issues and grievances before the Advisor and sought early redressal for the same.

The Advisor listened to each of them patiently and assured them that all of their genuine demands will be redressed on priority while several grievances were sent on spot to the relevant departments for their early resolution.
