Jammu, Oct 12 (KINS): The Jammu and Kashmir General Administration Department has notified a 21-day timeline for issuing No Objection Certificates (NOCs) by the Fire and Emergency Services Department for building permissions.
As per the notification, the Joint Director, Fire and Emergency Services, has been designated as the officer responsible for processing such applications.
The Director General, Fire and Emergency Services, will act as the First Appellate Authority, while the Administrative Secretary of the Home Department will serve as the Second Appellate Authority for addressing grievances and appeals. (KINS)
