Reopening of schools: Director Education visits Kulgam, chairs meeting of officers
Stresses for adherence of Covid-19 protocols in letter and spirit

Kulgam Feb 17 (KINS): In the wake of opening of schools after closure due to Covid-19 pandemic followed by winter vacations, the Director School Education, Mohammad Younis Malik Wednesday visited Kulgam district to oversee preparations.
The Director School Education along with the Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kulgam Showkat Aijaz Bhat chaired a meeting of officers at Mini-Secretariat, here. 
During the meeting the Director laid emphasis on adherence to Covid-19 SOPs in letter and spirit at all levels.
A sensitization programme was also held and participants were apprised about SOPs, precautions and safety measures to be taken after reopening of schools.
A detailed projection through power point presentation on modifying curriculum for teaching learning amidst Covid-19 was shared with the participants.
Later, the Director visited DIET Complex Kulgam and took stock of the functioning of the institution.
The meeting was attended by ADC, JD-Education South Kashmir, CEO and Principals besides ZEOs, representatives of the health department and other concerned officers and officials. (KINS)
