PM approves proposal for setting up CAT benches in Jammu, Srinagar: Jitendra

 Jammu, Jul 28 ( KINS ) Union Minister Dr Jitendra Singh on Wednesday said that the Prime Minister Narendra Modi has approved the proposal moved by his DoPT Ministry for setting up Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) benches in both Jammu and Srinagar regions.
Taking to micro-blogging site, Dr Singh wrote that PM has approved the proposal moved by DoPT Ministry of Personnel, for creation of 2 posts of Judicial Members and 2 posts of Administrative Members for the 2 new benches of CAT to be set up at Jammu and Srinagar respectively, to cater to the UT of J&K and Ladakh.
“Benches of Central Administrative Tribunal to be set up at #Jammu and #Srinagar respectively, to cater to the Union Territories of #JammuAndKashmir and #Ladakh,” Dr Singh tweeted.
