GANDERBAL, AUGUST 03 ( KINS ): The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Ganderbal, Krittika Jyotsna today convened a meeting of officers to review ongoing developmental projects of Municipal Council Ganderbal.
During the meeting threadbare discussion was held regarding the various ongoing projects/works approved under My Town My Pride, FC Grants, 14th FC Grants, UDS and IDMT.
Chief Executive Officer, Municipal Council Ganderbal briefed the chair about the progress of works taken under different schemes. The meeting also discussed the bottlenecks hindering the progress of these projects.
The DC impressed upon the concerned officers to gearup the field functionaries so that the approved projects are completed within a set timeline.
The Executive Engineer R&B Division Ganderbal was directed to tender the left out projects/ works within weeks time besides submit the weekly progress of these developmental projects to Chief Executive Officer Municipal Council Ganderbal.
While discussing the issues hampering the progress of few projects, the DC directed the Assistant Commissioner Revenue and Tehsildar Ganderbal for transfer of land where required for these developmental projects so that they are completed in time.
The Executive Officer Municipal Council Ganderbal was directed to follow-up and complete all projects of the Municipal Council Ganderbal within a time bound manner.
The meeting was attended by Assistant Commissioner Revenue Ganderbal, Tehsildar Ganderbal, Executive Engineer R&B Division Ganderbal and Chief Executive Officer Municipal Council Ganderbal. ( KINS )
