Srinagar, Mar 03: In the wake of a devastating landslide triggered by incessant rain in the Chassana area of Reasi district, Lieutenant Governor Shri Manoj Sinha has expressed profound grief over the loss of lives.
In a heartfelt condolence message, the Lt. Governor stated, “I am deeply anguished by the loss of lives in the tragic incident in Chassana, Reasi. My heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family members who have lost their loved ones. I have directed the District Administration to provide all necessary assistance.”
Additionally, Lt. Governor Sinha has issued instructions to ensure immediate relief for families affected by heavy rains across the Union Territory, underscoring the urgent need for support in the face of such natural calamities.
