Srinagar, Apr 03: In a solemn tribute to the valiant martyr, Police Sub-Inspector (PSI) Deepak Sharma, a poignant wreath laying ceremony was conducted at the District Police Lines in Samba.
The event witnessed the participation of top officials, officers, jawans, and the kin of the late PSI, all gathered to pay their respects.
Led by the Director General of Police (DGP) for Jammu & Kashmir, R. R. Swain, the ceremony was a somber moment of reflection and homage.
DGP Swain, along with Additional Directors General of Police (ADsGP) Vijay Kumar and Anand Jain, as well as DIG JSK Range Dr. Sunil Gupta, joined other jurisdictional officers in laying floral wreaths at the memorial.
The atmosphere was heavy with emotion as each wreath laid symbolized the gratitude and reverence for the sacrifices made by PSI Deepak Sharma in the line of duty.
