KPDCL Urges Domestic Consumers to Adopt Solar Roof-Top Plants under PM Surya Ghar Scheme

Srinagar, Aug 24 (KINS): The Kashmir Power Development Corporation Limited (KPDCL) has encouraged domestic consumers to install grid-connected solar roof-top plants under the PM Surya Ghar initiative.
As per news agency KINS the scheme offers a central subsidy, which will be provided by the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy and further supplemented by a subsidy from the Union Territory (UT) government.
This initiative aims to promote renewable energy and reduce dependency on conventional power sources in the region. Consumers are urged to take advantage of the scheme to enhance energy sustainability in their homes.(KINS)
