Police File FIR After National Political Party Complains About Fake Communication Spread on Social Media

Srinagar, Sep 11 (KINS): Police Station Rajbagh Srinagar has registered an FIR following a complaint from a prominent national political party.
The complaint alleges that fabricated communications, using a counterfeit letterhead of a senior party leader, have been circulated on social media platforms. The party asserts that this misinformation is damaging its reputation and misleading the public.
Police informed that the FIR has been lodged under relevant sections of the law to address the issue and investigate the source of the misleading material.(KINS)
