27-Year-old woman allegedly dies by suicide in Baramulla; Police launches investigation

Srinagar, Nov 11 (KINS): A 27-year-old woman from Hudpora, Baramulla, died by suicide after allegedly consuming a poisonous substance.
The deceased, identified as Noor Jahan, wife of Mohammad Ashraf Dar, passed away following the incident.
Local police have taken cognizance of the case and has begun an investigation to clarify the circumstances surrounding the tragedy.
“We are gathering evidence and statements to establish further details and will provide updates as the investigation progresses,” stated a police official.(KINS)
